Your private client portal feature gives you access to your own appointments and medical records with Elaris MWC.

STEP 2
Request your preferred time and date for your appointment.
You will receive a confirmation email if time is available or next available date and time.

STEP 3
Appt Confirmed!
Fill out your online forms
Once you receive your confirmation - to to your client portal and fill out your assigned digital documents.

STEP 4
Meet with your provider VIA
IN-PERSON OR VIRTUALLY
Speak with your healthcare provider to receive your medical advice.
